Jesuit won out in the second game this season between the two storied rivals as four players homered in the game. The Tigers broke open a tie in the seventh inning when Grant Jordan scored on a balk, followed by an RBI ground out from Jake Kulikowski and a two-run single from Dariel Pirela. Jack Martinez and Wes Mendes hit solo homers for the Tigers, while Mendes also earned the win on the mound with seven strikeouts, before turning things over to Brooks Chamberlin for the final inning. Danny Lazaro and Ethan Frame each homered for the Crusaders, and Rolando Jimenez was 2-for-4 with a double in the loss.

Ryan Long singled in a Bell Creek run in the first as the Panthers picked up a win on the road on Friday. Tyler Fritsch drove in a pair and tossed four shutout innings to earn the win on the mound. Noah Berning (two runs) and Austin Heaton (run, RBI) each collected two hits for Bell Creek.

Jayden Vazquez (3-for-4) led off the fourth with a double, moved over on a Joseph Fritz bunt single, and scored the deciding run on an Alejandro Aguilar sac fly as Jefferson defeated Steinbrenner on the road. Sophomore pitcher Mikey Marroquin allowed a leadoff homer to Steinbrenner’s Cayden Hessemyer, but from there allowed just two more hits, striking out six in six innings to earn a win. Alejandro Montada had an RBI groundball and a double for the Dragons, and Jake Vildostegui doubled for the Warriors.

Armwood 1 – five innings

Bloomingdale senior Jack Owens homered twice, driving in three and scoring three times as Bloomingdale defeated Armwood in five innings. Colby Shelton was 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles, an RBI and two runs scored and Dawson Harman drove in three for the Bulls on offense. Tephen Montgomery struck out five in two innings of work to earn his third win of the season.
