Jackson Hobbs and Nico Saladino had RBI singles to get things going for Bloomingdale as four Bulls pitchers held Robinson to just one hit. Saladino earned the win on the mound, working four innings and allowing one run on one hit, and Bryce Hazzard picked up the save on the mound, as he and Justin McCallister worked the rest of the game in relief. Jett Davis was 2-for-4 with a run scored and a double in the win. Robinson scored on an RBI groundout by Carter Fair, and Paul Jennewein singled for the Knights only hit.

Tampa Prep senior Landon Schabes struck out 11 in a complete-game win as the Terrapins got past Seffner Christian on the road Tuesday afternoon. Griffin Ravo drove in a run in the top of the second for Tampa Prep, only to be answered in the home half as Colby LeDuc launched a solo home run. Gilbert Marquis broke the stalemate with an RBI single to left in the fifth and Schabes finished the job on the mound.

Sehjin Daley’s RBI single in the first got Alonso’s offense going, and things took off in the second as Gabe Montagna hit a home run to left, followed by a Renzo Gonzalez RBI single, and then a two-run home run from Nick Gonzalez. Senior Franco Aleman worked three innings to earn the win, striking out four. Ihoslean Montes had two hits including a double and scored twice for the Ravens.

Seffner added one more the next inning, and Joey Jensen drove in two runs with a single in the sixth. Bayshore Christian scored two runs on a Crusaders error in the fifth. Bobby Wellen earned the win on the mound, working four shutout innings, striking out four and allowing just two hits. Parker Phillips worked the final three innings striking out seven, and allowing two unearned runs.
