Steinbrenner 6, Plant 5

Steinbrenner’s Mikey Mullins popped a walk-off home run to left field to lead Steinbrenner to a big district win over Plant. The homer was the first of the year for Mullins, who also had an RBI double in the win. Tommy Malouf had a double and two RBI for the Warriors in the win, and Brayden Heidel pitched three shutout innings of relief to earn the win. For Plant, Jac Caglionone was 3-for-4, with a home run and two RBI and Sam Nation had a pair of hits, an RBI and a run scored.
