Tampa Prep scored seven runs in the sixth to take a come-from-behind district win over Bell Creek. Senior Jaden Sheffield had an RBI groundball late in the game to spark the Terrapins offense. Grant Varner drove in a pair for Tampa Prep as well, and freshman Mikey Marroquin earned his first win on the mound pitching three shutout innings and struck out four, in relief of Jose Pena, who had 9 K’s. Dante Portillo doubled twice, had an RBI and run scored for Bell Creek, and Ryan Long drove in a pair.
