St. Johns Bartram Trail 5 – eight innings
Berkeley Prep fell behind four runs to visiting Bartram Trail only to battle back, force extra-innings and celebrate at the plate as junior Cade Kurland hit his county-leading sixth home run (tied for fourth in the nation – two off the lead of Miami Ransom Everglades’ Nick Rubino) to walk-off the win as the Buccaneers remain undefeated at 12-0.

James Hankerson doubled and drove in a run in a three-hit afternoon, while Gunnett Carlson and Owen McElfatrick joined Kurland in a two-hit performance. Freshman Rivers Kurland pitched five innings of relief, allowing one earned run and striking out six to earn the win

Berkeley Prep junior Troy Reader was 3-for-5, with two home runs and three RBI, and senior Andrew Jergins would strike out nine on the mound to earn his second win of the season as the Bucs defeated district opponent Clearwater Central Catholic.

Tampa Prep finished spring break tournament play going 3-1 on the week, capping it off with a win against Delray Beach American Heritage as Alex Lacy took a no-hitter into the seventh inning, earning the win allowing a single run on one hit and striking out six. Seniors Ty Jones (two runs, two RBI) and Grant Varner (two runs, RBI) each had three hits, and junior Noah Sheffield homered and drove in three in the win.
