Tampa Bay Tech junior Ethan Jones struck out three, allowing one run on one walk in a five-inning no-hitter. Jones also added a 3-for-3 night at the plate, with a double, triple and four RBI.

Strawberry Crest strung together three ninth-inning hits with Lance Highsmith (3-for-3) doubling, moving to third on an Eli Vickers single and scoring on a walkoff single from Zach Redner to take a one-run win off of Robinson. Junior Alex Philpott pitched 3 2/3 innings of relief, striking out nine and allowing just one run.

Academy at the Lakes 2 – eight innings
Austin Heaton singled to second, driving in an eighth inning run as Bell Creek picked up a victory on the road at Academy at the Lakes. Frank Burke pitched three shutout innings for the Panthers, allowing just one hit and striking out six to earn the win. Matthew Kelley was 2-for-4 for Bell Creek. Cole Syversen struck out nine in a no-decision for the Wildcats

East Bay struck early, scoring six runs in the first inning all with two outs. RBI singles by Anthony Williams and Domanick Roush kicked off the scoring for the Indians, and junior Andrew Pierce struck out seven in his six innings of work to earn the win. Plant City’s Jackson VanDerZee had a double and home run in the loss.

For his second-straight start, Jesuit junior Wes Mendes took a no-hitter into the seventh inning before yielding his first hit. He finished off the complete game for his sixth win, while striking out 11 and walking three. Sophomore Cameron Mallo struck out seven for Hillsborough, allowing two unearned runs on five hits. Senior Tanner Jones had a double for the Terriers lone hit. Jake Kulikowski was 2-for-4 for the Tigers, with a double, and AJ Nessler doubled and scored a run.
