NAR Nightly Roundup 3/30/23

Dunedin 1, #1 Jesuit 0

In the pitching battle of the year so far, Jesuit fell to Dunedin 1-0, despite a no-hit effort on the mound from John Abraham. The Falcons in turn, held the previously unbeaten Tigers hitless until Jake Kulikowski’s two-out single in the seventh. Dunedin starter Trey Beard struck out 12 in his 4 2/3 innings before turning it over to Jacob Riegel, who fanned one and yielded one hit and a walk in his 2 1/3 innings of relief, earning the win. Riegel also walked to start the home-sixth, advanced to second on a sac bunt, third on a dropped third strike and scored the lone run on a balk by Abraham. Abraham struck out four and waked a pair in his six innings on the mound for Jesuit.
