Sickles Seeks to “Run It Back”

TAMPA – Sickles High’s baseball team went 30-2 en route to a 2023 FHSAA Class 6A state championship. This season, the goal hasn’t changed for a team that has reached the state semifinals in back-to-back years – the Gryphons are looking to “Run It Back.”

813Preps Creative Director Mike Camunas sat down with Gryphons head coach Eric Luksis and a few of his players to discuss Sickles goal to defend the crown, as the team takes to the field for the spring high school baseball season in Tampa, FL. Sickles enters the 2024 season ranked No. 3 in the 813Preps preseason poll.
