#3 Jesuit 2, #7 Tampa Catholic 1

Jesuit’s McCall Biemiller struck out a dozen, allowing just one run on one hit, with four walks to earn the victory against Tampa Catholic. Antonio Fawcett got the Tigers on the board with an RBI double, and Jacob Lozano provided the winning run with an RBI single – both in the second inning.  Tampa Catholic scratched one back in the top of the third as Ethan Frame drove in a run with a ground ball to second. The Crusaders run (scored by Charlie Parker) was setup by a Cal Johnson double. Jesuit sophomore Kaden Weachter earned the save with two clean innings of relief, with four punch-outs.
