Rolland Williams was 3-for-3, with three RBI including a sixth-inning, two-run single to push Foundation Christian ahead in a win at Lakeside Christian. Henry Salter hit a two-run homed, Brian Figueroa was 3-for-5 with a double and two runs scored, and Gabe Messing went 3-for-4 with a run. Caleb Hom earned the win, allowing four runs in six innings with seven strikeouts, and Salter struck out a pair to earn the save.

Three Alonso errors and an Isaiah Perez (2-for-4, double, two RBI and a run) RBI single gave Bloomingdale three runs in the fifth as the Bulls pulled away from the Raven. Luke Rossi‘s RBI sac bunt, a Cooper Hinson (2-for-4, two runs) RBI double, and a Vinny Dinzeo RBI single in the seventh put the game out of reach. Pierce Collins was 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI, Luke Long earned a win with 1 2/3 innings of scoreless relief, and Dawson Rankin pitched 1 2/3 innings of scoreless relief for the save. Ihonathan Perez was 3-for-4, with a run and RBI for the Ravens.

Four Tampa Catholic pitchers combined for a no-hitter as Vito Arena, Ruben Ledo, Drew Dunlop and Connor Fisher struck out six and worked around seven walks. Cole Bitman was 2-for-4 and scored a run, Hershey Sanchez doubled and scored twice, and Carson Arnold was 1-for-2 with a run and RBI in the win. Braiden Price drew three walks for the Lancers and scored Cambridge’s lone run in the first inning.

Nolan Metcalf and Lucas Farrar singled in runs as Berkeley Prep scored three runs in the first inning, and the Bucs held off Trinity Catholic for a one-run win. Josh Hermann who singled and scored in the first, drove in the deciding run in the fourth on a sac bunt. Ben O’Brien worked five innings, allowing one run on two hits and struck out six, and Jett Walters picked up the save with three strikeouts over two innings.

Strawberry Crest stretched out an eight-run lead and then held off a Sumner five-run rally to come away with a win on the road. Dillon Knight doubled in a pair of runs in the third as the Chargers scored four, and Knight led off the fifth with a home run to left to score what would be the winning run. Chase Conti pitched three scoreless innings to earn a win, allowing three hits and striking out four. Sumner picked up five runs in the sixth highlighted by a Anthony Jacquez (3-for-4, run) RBI single.

Curtis Roberts drove a groundball single into centerfield to give Hillsborough a walk-off win over Brandon. Daniel Pena was 3-for-3, scoring twice – including the game winner, Antonio Davis was 1-for-3 with two RBI, and Ryan Arroyo held the Eagles to one hit in 1 2/3 innings of relief to pick up the win. Aidan Junttila went 4-for-4 with an RBI for Brandon, and David Ruiz pitched six innings, allowing two earned runs and striking out six.

Freedom scratched back two runs in the sixth as Jacob Corvin and Cade Hoffman (2-for-3) both singled and scored on an error.

#4 Gaither 5, Plant City 3

Plant City took a two-run lead in the third when Colin Pellicer tripled, scored on a Lane Baxter RBI single, who in-turn scored on an Aiden Bean RBI double. From there Gaither took control, Jackson Mirza belted a three-run home run in the home-third, and David Pina tripled in the eventual deciding run. Mirza worked four innings on the mound, finishing with three strikeouts to earn the win, and Michael Fernandez gave up one unearned and struck out eight in his three-inning save. Anthony Linares was 1-for-3 with two runs scored for the Cowboys, and Brenham Hay took the loss, despite all five runs being unearned, striking out four, and Hunter Carbaugh struck out five in two, no-hit innings for the Raiders.
