Both teams got on the board in the fourth, Brandon making a leadoff error hurt when Francis Ovalles flied a triple to right field; but the Hawks would answer in the home-half with Elijah Battiste (2-for-3) singling to short, scoring on a single to right by Christopher Lovett III to tie the game, and Demetrius Baker Jr. sending a hit up the middle to plate the decider two batters later. David Ruiz was 3-for-4 for the Eagles.

Steinbrenner junior Coby Moesching moved to the mound after a wild pitch put Robinson up two runs in the sixth inning, and struck out a pair with runners in scoring position and finished off the game as the Warriors rallied for a win. An error and a walk put two Warriors aboard in the home-sixth and an RBI sac fly by Chase Petker and a productive out from Gabe Ortiz tied the game and after a 1-2-3 inning from Moesching, Evan Juan played hero with a walk-off single into left field. Gavin Mix was 2-for-3 for the Warriors with an RBI and two runs scored; Cason Cooper was 2-for-4 for the Knights with a run and two RBI; and Rhyder Robinson was 2-for-3 with a run scored in the loss.

Tampa Prep senior Liam Akins struck out a dozen in six innings, allowing one unearned run on three hits and two walks as the terrapins scored two in the fifth inning to pull away from Dunedin on the road. Langston Sallis led off the game with a triple and scored on an RBI groundout from Akins, and the Falcons tied the game in the fourth after an error allowed a runner, Collin Stebick‘s double put him in scoring position and Dereck Tyler‘s RBI sac fly momentarily tied the game. An RBI infield single by Luc Thornton gave the Terrapins the lead in the fifth and Sallis scored an insurance run on a double-steal. Erik Skiendziel pitched a clean final inning with one strikeout to earn the save.

Julian Ware singled to center in the fifth, advanced a base on a Spartans error, stole third and scored (his second run of the game) on a passed ball to add some insurance.

After the Chargers strung together four hits in the fourth – including RBI singles by Ryan Ball and Austin Stone, Miller cut into the deficit in the home-half with an RBI single, Evan Booker tied the game with a double to left and Marshall Ortiz gave BCA a lead with an up-the-middle RBI single. Miller would salt the game away with an RBI single in the fifth, then finish out his complete-game allowing five hits, two walks and striking out seven.
