Euriah Benoit (2 runs), Braylin Wilson (double, 2 runs) and Nathan Benoit (2 RBI, run) each had two hits for the Panthers. William Miller earned the win with 4 23 innings, allowing three earned runs on eight hits, with two strikeouts. Jordan Della Rocca was 3-for-4 with a double, run and RBI for the Terrapins, and Luc Thornton had a double, run and RBI.

Justin Howell pitched four innings to earn the win, allowing three runs on three hits, three walks and struck out three; Blake Hafner struck out three in his two no-hit innings of relief to earn the save. Robert Moore doubled in a run for CCS.

Tampa Catholic put the game out of reach early on visiting IMG Blue on Friday, scoring two on an error, before Christian Serralles tripled in a run to lock it up. Serralles added a two-run double and an RBI walk to his four-RBI game; Blake Brown went 2-for-3; Ty Fraga was 1-for-3 with two runs scored; and Brayden Beauchaine was 1-for-3 with an RBI triple. On the mound for the Crusaders, Jackson Giovenco struck out seven in four innings, allowing one run on one hit; and Brown struck out five in two innings of work.

Berkeley Prep jumped out early on Georgia’s Whitefield Academy on Saturday, as Carson Binder (2-for-4, RBI) and Parker Mitzel (2-for-3, 2 doubles, two runs) hit back-to-back doubles, and George Cook and Riley Zinober singled in runs in a three-run first inning. Briggs Tibbals held Whitefield scoreless across four innings to earn the win, striking out two and allowing three hits and three walks. Cook, who was 2-for-3 at the plate, also earned his second save of the week, with one hitless innings of relief. Jett Walters had an RBI double, and Ben O’Brien singled in a run for the Buccaneers.
