Leto 3
Hillsborough 0

Leto junior RHP Alex Abreu tossed a no-hitter against Hillsborough – 7ip, 2 hit batters, 3 strikeouts.

Leto junior Alex Abreu needed just 72 pitches to deliver the Falcons a no-hitter at home against Hillsborough. Abreu took a perfect game through 4 2/3 innings before hitting the first of two Hillsborough batters, but stranded both Terriers base runners at first base, and finishing the game with three strikeouts. Falcons leadoff Brett Valerio singled to start the home-first and scored the deciding run on an error; Brihan Diaz and Abreu started the fifth with singles, and both scored on errors to add some insurance.
