Robinson’s Tucker Wehrman singled in a run in the first inning, and scored the deciding run on a steal of home later in the frame. Wehrman added an RBI sac fly, and Russell Sandefer doubled in a run, and was 2-for-4 with a run scored. Ian Ayres pitched three scoreless innings, striking out two to earn the win. Wharton had 11 hits in the loss, including two-knock games from Dylan Klinger (double), Chase Anello, David Ascano, and AJ Johnstone.

Alex Sotiropoulos and Jose Carrero singled in runs in the fourth inning as Tampa Catholic defeated Bloomingdale. Danny Lazaro struck out seven and allowed just two hits in six shutout innings. Bloomingdale attempted a comeback in the seventh inning with RBI singles from Pierce Collins, Coop Hinson and Alex Vazquez.

Senior Zane Wright struck out eight in a complete-game win for the Raiders, as Ray Cowen’s single to right in the second put Plant City up, and Adan Longoria sent a ball over the wall in centerfield for the deciding run. Lennard tried to mount a late comeback in the sixth, with a leadoff single from Mattie Counts, a double from Mikie Locke and a run scoring on a ground ball from Joseph Rivera, but Wright got a line out to end the threat.

Durant pushed across two more runs than the Chargers as both teams combined for 19 hits in Dover. Noah Morales started the nights scoring, driving in Nick April-Gath, Dylan LaPointe was 3-for-3 for the Cougars, and Pete Oderio doubled into right to plate the deciding run in the sixth, and Jeremy Ortiz singled in the final Durant run. Gavin Florio struck out four in 6 1/3 innings to earn the win, and Jack Brooks recorded the final out for the save. Senior Dylan LaPointe went 3-for-3, and Blaine Rowland was 2-for-3 with a double and scored a run. Crest’s Arjun Nimmala was 2-for-3 with a double and RBI single, and Alex Philpott and Damien Bennett each had two hits for the Chargers.

With support from his defense, Jefferson’s Cameron Copple tossed a complete-game shutout with one strikeout, working around five hits and two walks. Alejandro Aguilar drove in the deciding run on a ground ball in the first and added an RBI single in the fifth for the Dragons; Cam Mallo was 2-for-4 with a double and a run score, and Jayden Vazquez was 2-for-4 with a run scored. Copple also had an RBI in the win, as did JaMarques Benton. Benjamin Scotch had two hits for the Warriors in the loss.
